Maknae on Top has been a common expression in Kpop since forever! I clearly remember groups and fans calling their bratty maknaes, Maknae on Top even as far back as 2013! Example EXO with Sehun during "EXO Show Time" (2013). And I Kano there are several groups that have referred to their Maknaes has such even way before the song came out or SKZ even debuted.
