Fun fact about wacken. The festival cannot get any bigger due to the infrastructure of the town. Plumbing etc. 🤣
where did you got that from? they already build up all the infrastructure on a field just for the festival, there is normaly nothing there
from all the inteviews i have seen they keep the attendence at the 75k to 80k just because they dont want more
the last interview i have seen about it one of the organizers stated that they coulkd easily get 120k+ but thats not what he wants from his festival and they make enough money now with it anyway
A concert? Why do you need 40,000 gallons of propane for a concert?!? Sabaton puts so much passion into commemorating veterans' service and sacrifice. Happy Veterans Day!
Today... 103 years ago... 11/11, 11:11am the cannons on the western front did go silence.... and ww1 did end... in 4 years, 3 months and 2 weeks over 20 million lives was lost, So today i wish ya`ll a nice Veterans Day !! And don't forget to thank a Veteran, which i think should be done everyday

Been at the Wacken show and it has been awesome, though my back still hurts from standing in the highway and I had a feeling that the whole 70k audience decided to do crowdsurfing ^^

As someone Who was there. Awsome cant Even discrube how amazing it was. And can still remeber the heat from jets on My face. Was My very frist sabaton show 🤟.
Hoping one day for a reaction to ballad of the bull. It is the only Sabaton song I can thing of that is specifically about Aussie participation in war. Also thank you for your service and the sacrifices you made.
Think Cliffs of Gallipoli is the closest one apart of the ballad of bull, but I guess it's more about the battle rather than being about a specific nations soldiers, perfect song for ANZAC day though :)

I saw the full show that I think Waken themselves put out, the one the other day is apparently from the upcoming DVD release and it seems to be much higher quality than the previous video both image and soundwise. Maybe more desk audio mixed in, less compressed video, their own footage vs Wakens? Not really sure, but WOW.

That was actually the worst concert I've seen in Wacken and the worst concert I've seen from Sabaton. Standing on the right side I watched an empty stage for an hour and not much going on for the rest of the set on the side after an hour. If I've been on the left side, I would have actually enjoyed the show... Anyways, looking forward to their next show next year and finally going back to Wacken

hmm im not sure if you heard, but they're playing on both stages, 2 drummers and also double of the guitars.
With the old and new members of the band. So that might be the delays between each stages you hear perhaps :D
