You’re sharing some real jewels of wisdom here Jeff. Each element with many variables based on ones willingness to look at their situation and objectivity make the best decision possible. The Art industry in general has a wide variety of people and skill sets that for the most part, making it nearly impossible to follow in someones footsteps so to speak, in terms of laying out a career path. Here are some traits that I personally strive for and remind myself to abide by as often as possible : - Tithe to the one who make all things possible - Be honest, hardworking, and Humble - Sacrifice when necessary - If its difficult, its probably worth it - Do my very best on every piece - Learning often comes with failing first, but its fruit is experience and confidence in your abilities. Your right in saying that its a difficult path but if you can stick with it it can be a wonderful one too.. Blessing my friend.. another great video topic JM
Outstanding comments. Thank you for watching. As I made th was literally telling myself.. dude, there is a lot more to this... I mentioned what sprung to mind. As you saw, I cut my intro and my outro to keep engagement longer as a test. Any feedback would be appreciated and thanks again, my friend, you made my day!
Hello from Canada. Great video. Very helpful. I started full-time Carving last May. It has been a blast. But definitely feast or famine. I’ve been in famine mode for three months. Extreme famine. But I’m not deterred. And to be honest at this point I am in it to win it. If anybody is reading this comment one thing I’ve learned is you cannot sell off an empty shelf. When you have pieces they sell so keep making them. I was trying to conserve money and conserve gas and conserve my energy. Just left my shelves empty. This is a mistake sometimes if it’s eat or carve the best decision is to carve. Maybe I’m just ranting but Jeff your videos are great. You were one of my mentors. Thank you for being you
Thank you sincerely! Yes when in doubt, carve..when your hungry.. carve..when you're bummed out carve..if your selling..Carve. lol thanks for watching and thanks for taking the time to comment. These videos are made for people like yourself and not for those who think they have it all figured out all the time. Thanks again!
