My husband and I couldn’t move in with my mother in law. It was a tiny house and our room would be in the attic, no closets, heating or air. The kitchen was tiny, it just wasn’t made for 2 cooks. Plus I was 30 and she was over twice my age and set in her ways.
Reoccurring theme in Asia. I had a coworker who is Chinese. She has 2 siblings. Her mother splits her time living between the three kids, Two in China and with my coworker here. I’m Filipino. We never live with our parents. We took good care of them when they got older. This is America we’re not obligated to house them in our homes.
Its getting tiresome to hear about young wives being pushed into living with their inlaws. This is a backwoods, undeveloped country issue. Trying to set it in the US is aggravating. It doesnt happen that way in US.

Is this story happened in Asian countries? Coz I never heard this happens in European countries, specially in USA and Canada ! You cannot do that and you will have to divorce instantly and not waiting for any proofs/ evidence whatsoever! Mostly of the Stories are the same and repetitive! They only change the names, although some are the same names again and again! Example, Mark, Emily , Sarah is more popular names of almost in the story! How about you change the Topic? Almost Mother in-law are down and abusive words to her daughter in law, sister stole the husband or fiancée of her sisters, Father in-law infidelities on his daughter in-law! Again and again, how many times I listen to it! It’s boring and annoying! How about you make a comedy stories much better and instead, Gotta got angry of this kind of story, we made us happy in mood! … Change the Stories on Comedy please! Okay 👍
