Maraming salamat po sa panonood. Tiyaga lang po tayo sa pag-aaral at matututunan din po natin lahat 'yan. 🙏😊 Merong din pong mga English - Tagalog lessons dito. th-cam.com/users/OFWEnglishLessons
@@TalkToMeInTagalog In my humble opinion and no insult intended, if the focus is on learning Tagalog, the descriptions should not be in English. The viewer is then presumed to know English by using it in the translations. Please enlighten me on that. Thank you.
I am in communication with someone who lives in Manila. There were words that were used as an example in a conversation and I do not understand them. Those words were not directed to me. Are they adjectives? Please translate: Powz, Pakshet, Babush, and Wapakels. Thank you.
Hi, Elvira! These words are commonly used by young (or sometimes immature) Filipinos: Powz = PO (an honorific particle added to words or phrases to indicate politeness); Pakshet = F*ck sh*t; Babush = BYE (gay lingo); Wapakels = Wala akong pakialam (I don't care).
@@TalkToMeInTagalog Thank you for the translations. They remind me of 'Pig Latin' that were used by young American boys. It's funny, in a way., how they understand each other. Nowadays, the pig latin usage is not as popular among our young ones. Thank goodness. Thank you for taking the time to send me a response. More power to you and your platform on TH-cam. Glad I saw it. I can speak Tagalog, Ilocano, and Ilonggo, besides Spanish and English. Maraming Salamat sa ulitin.

Kahulagan ng amor sa tagalog
..pls..
The Spanish word 'amor' in Tagalog is 'pag-ibig' or 'pagmamahal'. If you wanna call someone 'mi amor' you may say 'mahal ko'.
Please add the pronunciation in parenthesis. It helps whole lot.
