A humble shloka written by me after being inspired by the great Sri M babaji.
नाडीनां शक्तिरूपाभिः साम्यं प्रोक्तवतः तव ।
नमस्कारान् समर्प्याहं योगे भोगात्‌ हि पुप्लुवे ।।
Having bowed down to you who explained the nadis worshipped as devis I have jumped from Bhoga to Yoga .:)

7 Kingdoms in SYNCHRONOUS-EURYTHMIC, movement.
The BALANCE of Ida and Pingla, and the RISING of the Sushumna(very gracious/kind).
Ether(Deva/Devi), Prana(peach blossom),
....Om Adi Para-Shakti-Violet (violet is esoterically white),
Maha Kali -hot, Red, ...Maha Saraswati -cool White.
...red and white mixed, gives you pink, Pink the colour of the Heart, ...Maha Lakshmi.
