Hey everyone today I will show you a traditional vietnamese full body oil massage. This massage was done in Da Nang, Vietnam, at heart spa.
The massage started with a foot bath, after the foot bath we went to the massage room to start the treatment. The massage therapist was very good and expert, she started by warming up my body, the she gave me a oil back massage, neck massage, shoulder massage, arm massage, leg massage, foot massage and last even head massage. During the massage she stretched my body and bent me like a pretzel!

That was an amazing massage. You can tell she's had some sort of training. There were certain areas where she focused on (around the jaw and behind the ear, for example) that you rarely see people focus on. What an amazing experience!
Now this type of deep tissue massage is exactly what I have been needing all my life. Esp around the neck and upper back. A light surface massage just doesn't cut it.
