Hi Joe, I just started my Etsy shop 3 months ago and sold only 2 shirts. Two questions: 1) How to have traffic, my shop's traffic is almost zero even that I choose good keywords, designs and product that are selling. 2) Many recommend to have a niche for an Etsy store but most recommend to pick products in demand and offer something similar. and that is what I do but by doing that I do not have an specific niche. I see that you may not have an specific niche either, is that correct or I may not understand what is a niche.
Hi Joe. Great video. Ai is great for ideas, but it all looks alike, soulless, and lifeless. I am so glad you said to use it for ideas, so many people are just slapping the design onto products, without doing any modifications to it. I love playing around with AI art, but it definitely needs a human touch to it. Thanks for all of the ideas, in all of your videos. I do appreciate all of the ideas, and I have a really great idea, just trying to figure out how to execute it. Do you have any videos talking about what we can do, if our store does take off, and we start selling a lot, for hiring people to assist in helping to run the store. You gave me a great idea, in one of your other videos, and I haven’t seen it being done too much, anywhere. The few I have seen are horrible designs, but they sold because there weren’t any good choices. Another question I have….for an all over print product, like a hoodie, how can you design a pattern plus add a big element, or design….like the 4500 x 5400 sized design to the front OR back, with the pattern sort of in the background and all over the rest of the hoodie? I am just not sure how to design on an all over print product. I know a pattern would be easy, but I want a pattern with a big element, on the front or back of the hoodie….is that possible to do it that way? Thanks for all you do, I appreciate it. Yeah, I am sure it is easy, I am just overthinking it. 😂 I have never designed an all over print, so it confuses me. I know most of these print providers have templates, I am just not sure how to do it. Thank you. 😊

I'm doing a similar thing, where I'm using a subtle tiled background with a larger design (albeit tiled as well) on top. Might be worth trying?

They make the design from scratch the image from the designer isn’t a print file
