    Ah - this was wonderful! Have not done any Pilates in the school holidays and hearing your lovely voice again has made this get-back-into-gear session a total pleasure. Thanks Kim! x

      Wonderful! i'm just on here replying to comments from the last month or so and yours popped up! good for you... I've only done pilates so need to get my fitness back up! see you a bit later. good to have all the kids back in school - phew!

    hi! you probably don’t remember me but 6-9 months ago, i told you have I was struggling with my broken ankle/fibula. Well, I’m here to say, hi I’m back! my ankle has officially heal! When I broke my ankle I had no problem with the PT and only the mental part and the splint, and when I sprained ankle with waking boot, I had most problem with PT, I was limping thinking I would never be able walk probably again, but now guess what? I can now! it still haunt me to this day, because now the stuff that seem be easy to me before seem all hard and stuff now!

    Hi Kim! Long time subscriber but first time ...uhh.... working outer? Haha whatever. Anyway, I wanted to thank you for your video. You are so happy and peppy (but not TOO MUCH!) and I LOVE your frequent queues to remember posture and core and things (because I need them!). In this one when you mentioned keeping a gap at your waist for the glute work at first I didn't get it but then you said it again and I moved the right way and I was like "OH MY GOD OUCH!" hahha made the whole difference. I had been doing Chloe Ting's workouts every weekday but I'm thinking I'm going to switch over to you. I see you do videos 3x per week ish.. do you have a suggestion for what I could do on your off days? I really have to keep my routine or I'll drop off and be lazy!
    Anyway, thank you again, I had a great workout and FELT GOOD afterward. Sometimes after Chloe Ting I just feel beaten. Also I have a crappy lower back so maybe her bounciness is just too much for me.

      great you found that glutei position... it can be hard but once you get it fabulous!
      Have you found a good mix of sessions? I think you mentioned 3x hiit and 2 x pilates. I think that's great.
