About This Video:
Hi, In this video I will show how to make
"Makki ki Masale wali Roti"/Makki ki Masala Roti.
which is made out of Makki ka Ata/Corn Flour.
So let us collect the ingredients for making Makki ki Masala Roti for 4-6 persons.
250 grams Makki ka Ata/Corn Flour
1 onion big size, cut this into fine small pieces,
2-3 tsp of - 1 inch Ginger,6-8 Garlic, Green chilies (5) ground to paste,
1 tsp ajwain/carom Seeds,
1 small bowl of Dhania/green coriander leaves,
1 small bowl of Spring Onion chopped(optional),
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder,
Salt to Taste.
Now let us begin making "Makki ki Masale wali Roti"/Makki ki Masala Roti.
Put the Corn Flour into a big Plate/Parat and add ajwain, salt and mix well.
Now add the chopped onion, Ginger, Garlic and chilly paste, spring onion, Coriander, and mix well without adding water.
Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough as in the video.
Once the dough is ready make a dough ball and form a Roti with your hands as in the video.
Now put the Roti on the Hot plate/Tawa and roast with Oil/Ghee as you like and serve hot with green or red chilly chutney, onion chutney.
