Worked for me! I kept getting a message about needing a pin number that I could not locate on my printer. I used the link to the driver and printer is working again!

Thank you! I just got mine today, and I wasn't sure if was supposed to take out the toner before removing that orange plastic (For others reading-you're supposed to remove orange plastic).
Printing too small? Don't click on the eco friendly option. Prints it twice as small.

Hello, i enjoyed your video. I have this same printer and am having trouble printing wirelessly from my iphone and ipad. When I choose 'print' on my iphone or ipad it always says 'no air printers found'. I have tried several times joining my router with my devices using the WPS button on the router and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Am i doing something wrong? Any help you could give me would be appreciated. Thanks.
First of all that printer doesn't work in WiFi N band. In settings of your router set G,N band. Then you have to perform initial setup of your printer using USB cable and I'd recommend to set static IP address for printer. If you need to print only from your iPhone or iPad just find in appstore Samsung Mobile Print app. Using that app you can print directly to printer using WiFi direct. Anb by the way there's no NFC function. Samsung faked it. If you open up the printer top you will see under NFC sticker another sticker with chip. That chip gives your device settings how to print via WiFi direct.

Hi! What kind of gray cable is that? We have had this printer for awhile now but I don't have any information that came with it in the box. Every time I try to add the printer to my laptop, it asks for a WPS pin. I figured I could connect my laptop to the printer with a cable instead, but we don't have one and I am unsure what kind it is. Thank you so much and I hope to hear from you soon!
That's a regular printer's USB cable. You can use that cable to print directly via USB and you need that cable to set up printer's WiFi settings. If you want to find out WPS pin then turn On your printer and then Press and hold the (WPS) button on the button for more than 10 seconds. Then printer will print configuration settings of your printer. And there you can find your machine's PIN.

This printer only works with b/g WiFi networks. If your network is set to n mode it won't work.

I always refill cartridges by myself. I have a video on how to do that. It's a very simple process and it will cost you about 10$ or even less.

Make sure that your router is configured to b/g/n WiFi networks not just N.

@@MrBadsectorr Turn On access point on your smartphone and try to connect to it. If it works then there's definitely something wrong with the settings of your router. It could be set to block some MAC addresses, IP or it's just really wrong password (try to temporary change password to something simple like 12345678 and see if it works) it's a 10 minute work.

No, you have to go to the menu of your printer select your wifi network and enter the password. Then go to control panel of your windows Printers and click add a printer and it will find it.

Do we need to use ink?
It's a laser printer so it uses toner powder. You can print up to 2000 pages with one cartridge then you can replace it or refill. I have a video on how to refill that cartridge.

If your router is set to N wireless mode then your printer won't be able to see your WiFi network. You have to set it to b/g/n
