Kenwood KA-4020 vintage integrated amplifier... Japanese or British?

Hi, today I found such an amplifier on the street and brought it home, when I turn it on, the light comes on, but the relay does not click,there is no sound either, complete silence, tell me what needs to be checked?

My first true amp is Kenwood KA3020. The outer look is same though.

Less power but same quality, I think, they were good!

Anyone knows how to hook up graphic equaliser to this particular model?

You can do it with TAPE/DAT inputs since there's a REC OUT on both. So plug RCA cable from EQ OUT to IN on amp, and vice versa.
