You need to collect all the red star rings as well as they’ll give you an extra dream orb. You can find them on the 1st level of each act and there are 5 red star rings in each 1st level of each act

I did but it’s still saying progress 89 percent
Ok you can also earn 2 extra dream orbs from the boss battle levels but you have to complete a certain challenge in order to collect those
