    Poha is a quick and easy recipe made with flattened rice, onions, veggies of your choice, simple spices, herbs & peanuts. This delicious & nutritious dish is eaten in many regions of India so there are numerous ways to make it.
    Basic way to make it with onion and potatoes. But I love to add different veggies to make it more healthy and tasty.
    This is also called parched rice or beaten rice or rice flakes.
