I am a witness Pastor Battle. I fasted, had every known ministry pray, I sowed a seed, got mad, and so forth and still I had to go through. I was mad with God but it dawned on me that I needed Him as well. So I had to ask myself how are you going to be mad at God and need Him too? Wow, I had to think because it did not make sense. I had to apologized and say God I don't know what I am doing forgive me for being mad at you because they taught me such and such and I did not know it was not true. God walked and talked me through even though 5 years has passed and I am still in the problem, I see spiritual fruit for the first time within the 16 years of walking with God. So go ahead and go through and learn of God, take up your cross and follow because you are going to learn a lot about God, yourself, and others. Trials develop us if we will allow them to. Trials transform us into the image of Christ which is God's goal in everything that comes our way in life.
Hello from Australia, I recently stumbled on your spring cleaning series, and I want to say thank you for your teaching, it’s helping me ‘through’ the grief of losing my husband recently. Its been a long time since preaching has hit me so hard. I think your openess about the pain of your mum passing has helped me trust what you are saying here.
