It's her new buff now The shield will automatically generate every 20 seconds or so. It's better than having it only generate when you're fighting someone with a CRIT buff but it can be a bit annoying when you're using Snowy

finally a nice rework on her shield passive, which is great since she has no way of getting out of melee combats
