I attempted dropping in like 5 years ago and got hurt bad. Haven’t tried it since until a couple weeks ago a few days after I watched this tutorial. AND IT WAS A SUCCESS THANK YOU!!!!
I've learned all kinds of tricks including a kick flip and still can't drop in! I thought I was doing it right but every time I get to the bottom of the transition I fall or have to bail. I will try your tutorial to see if I can nail it this time. Its even scarier when you've already bit it 5 times attempting.
These are nice instructions! I skate since about 3-4 months, my very first drop in was on a 4ft, I also improved on flat and all that stuff, but I wanna get better at transition and I can't get past the 6-7ft drop in. I don't know if it's fear of heights (which I'm pretty sure I don't have??) or if it's normal...
It's completely common to feel this way. It seems like you're experiencing a combination of mostly fear and a touch of skill. As you spend more time practicing skating, you'll gradually gain confidence in your abilities, including mastering the drop-in. Just stick with it, keep skating, and you'll definitely achieve it! Best of luck on your skating journey! 🤙
yo, happy 8th of march
Very true! I didn’t have anyone hold my hand, but I’ve helped a bunch of people by holding their hands.
Thanks for the advice!

I totally get that! Perhaps having someone help you while you are try would help as well! Either way, just commit and you got it!! 🤙
