Nice videos... We viewers would love to see real estate videos from other part of the country like Abeokuta, Ibadan, Ondo and the likes... Most real estate videos in Nigeria are only focused on Lagos and Abuja, it would be nice to see something different..
Great work. I love your developments but I’m from Ivory Coast and there we are missing good creative young developers like you. I have seen more than hundreds videos of so called luxury homes In my country, honestly they are bad and more expensive than Nigerian’s luxury homes. Nigerians are really good in building affordable luxury homes. I really would like to collaborate with this developer to build this types of luxury homes in Ivory Cost.
@Steven Ndukwu Steve, the only way is up for you. You are on a brilliant trajectory in the real estate space. Your content keeps improving. You gotta start developing as soon as you are walking with the big boys.
Do builders /developers think of building bungalows? Most of those in the diaspora who want to come home to retire cannot climb stairs. Please show bungalows ooo 🙏🏽. Beautiful homes with big kitchens and toilets.
This developer has excellent taste. I see his vision i was really thinking Nigeria as a place to invest. But after seeing this detailed piece of art am gonna really consider it.. I'd like to see more of his work..
The real estate market in Lagos, Nigeria is heating up with more developers springing up by the day. Nice job man, good luck. Thanks Steve for sharing.
This is breathtakingly beautiful and such a delight to see an amazing edifice as this, I love his concept of not wanting to build prototype houses, I can never seem to understand why all the houses and developments in Nigeria looks exactly the same with such a ludicrous price tag and most of the houses looks ridiculously cheap and tacky and no attention to details on the finishings. It's such of breath of fresh air to see a developer like Eddy who is now breaking the barrier and making the difference in building specific unique designs with individual buyers in mind. I look forward to working with him soonest! Thank you Steven for all you do to bring us the VERY BEST ALWAYS 👌 👍
I'm South african and my sister moved to Nigeria 2018 and I was asking her why most Nigerian properties don't have garages? She also said she doesn't know why. I have seen luxury cars parked outside in the carpot. Love your show ❤️
Excellent vid & your delivery 👏 👌 top notch ,natural yet very professional..I know this was a yr ago but a reminder of encouragement to u..Fabulous..Bravo & stay safe !!
Steven you need to come to Ivory Coast too. I and many Ivorians would love to see you showing what the country has to offer. Maybe this visit may help most of our developers to be more creative
Key observation: The ramp way is too steep and can only imagine the difficulty a physically challenge person will go through.( I have seeing this in lot of real estate video from Nigeria) The entrance way Are there any reason for not covering over the door way? because during the monsoons season water will definitely splash in the house. That parking space is not spacious for four cars taking into consideration turning radius and driveway at random time of the day. The entrance to the Owners suite is big red flag. Why will you want to walk that distance to enter your suite? He could have used a curtain wall panel or metal patten cladding material and remove the inner wall leading in the room to increase the room size. From my observation it's very difficult to see owners sitting in an open area like that. They are usually reserved professional individual. I like the exterior Aesthetics and how he try to create a contemporary structure but it will be good he observed how these south Asian manage space in narrow areas(they are experts at narrow space utilization). Excellent POP ceiling finish and kudos to the developer.
The main entrance wooden door need the sun uv light and water proof protection through a protective laminated film otherwise it will change colour after water absorption during rainy seasons adding more varnish each year won't solve the problem. I think that house is overpriced by 25%. It is a nice house.
To hedge against climate change increased flooding , Nigerian estate developers should consider building on arches foundations. Entire streets of buildings could be built on these uniformed arched foundations that are meant for flood water to flow through and keep the house above the water. There'd have to be stairs leading from the street pavements to the front door of the house on these arched foundations. When no floods, the spaces under the arches could be used as car garage, garden, playground for kids, basket ball or football spaces, workshops, home offices and on.
Your videos are very nicely illustrated and I understand the concept you want to get across to the masses... being creative, innovative and inspirational but I noticed the person's you promote are already educated and well invested in how to create wealth through real estate which could essentially give false hope to your viewers who want to do the same thing... meaning show some people starting from the ground up if you really want to help ones at the bottom so to speak
I love your videos but please please fix the volume levels because when you put music it’s too high and then when people are talking the volume is very very low
Hi Steven. I think there is a massive opportunity in South Africa for creativity within the affordable market. It is currently filled with dull standard designs. I would like to find out whether any Nogerian developers are willing to give internships for black upcoming SA developers?

@@StevenNdukwu I think anyone that can pay 190m for a house probably is worth half a billion or a billion naira... and that's definitely higher than upper middle class... a family worth 190m is definitely upper middle class but you don't expect all their savings/investments to be in one house?

@Eyong Modest The quality of the mansion is worth the money
Beautiful job for middle class people. I love the fact that locally made materials are used here. Atleast developer's are promoting their own
I believe Steven nduku is socially conscious. He ask important questions that emphasizes how real estate in Nigeria can be for Nigerians.
Your Q/A has improved very drastically and your confidence too Steve. Keep it up, 2022 is your year.👏👏

So modern and sophisticated. Can’t wait to visit one day.
One of the few developers that actually implements laundry room others keep washing machine in the kitchen which is rediculous
Having laundry room in the kitchen is the normal thing 💀
