With the awning up, can u still open the boot without it getting damaged from hitting the awning struts?

Does the awning when open interfere with the rear hatch opening all the way? Sure would have been nice to see that in the video.
Rear hatch Just clears awning frame when open will rub with wind deflection if you look in video you will see green tape for protection, will replace with some black foam to look better. The rear wing pushes up canvas good for water run of ,no issues with paint rub on canvas as has film paint protection on all surfaces.

What about wind. How much wind can it handle without ropes.
Answer a lot of wind was in a camping ground and this afternoon rain storm came through so fast for 30 minutes my mate a I had to hold down his camper trailer awning for the entire 30 minutes, bush company roof tent and awning with no tie downs very impressive hardly flexed with carnage all around us tents and awning blown inside out
You mentioned that the Sahara can tow a 4 tonne caravan . What upgrades does it have to be able to to tow a 4 tonne van

Great set up .....But ...... there is 156 kg on that roof ....... Hope hes not going off road way too much weight up top for most . At least hes not using a Rhino Rack .

2 problems....you cook at the rear of the vehicle....that needs to be better covered......the wheel ends to be on the right....cuts into a lot of the living area .....
