Gemma to the rescue of a poorly man well done Gem, drip tray looks coming along. We use the same idea on the Allotment to catch the water, but we use an old camera film tub or a sterident tube. Cut hole in guttering and slide either tube in, each tube has a lip on top and stops it from falling through the hole and make it flush. Also we attached an old inner tube to direct the water, all these things come in handy.cheers.

bell syphon in a bucket at the bottom of this setup might be helpful.
When the drips collect to the point it would activate the bell syphon and be off to the drain.

Great video that has given me a clearer understanding of how this wizardry works.
I’ve been looking at the Cornelius Maxi coolers and was pleasantly surprised to find they’re based 7 miles from where I live - result!
I’ve built a bar in my garden (yeah me and everyone else in the U.K. - cheers lockdown 👍🏻) and currently supply my lager courtesy of a Heineken Blade machine, however, having a single line lager pump is looking like the ultimate solution, hence my curiosity into setting up a pump system.

Back it up Gemma 🤣,cracked me up,that woman has great patience with all the ribbing. Was nice to see the cleaning process in action, hopefully the chiller works well and Stu has no issues. Assuming it's a similar process when cleaning taps in situ in the bar except you have no return from tap spout? Condensation drain should work well,we shall see soon I suppose. Hope you had a good weekend and that gout is gone soon. Cheers.

I followed step by step but must have done something wrong. When the air pushes the water through I find that pipes 4 and 6 (looking at it left to right) don't flush through but instead fill the reservoir. But the pipe in 5 releases the liquid into the container If I loop 4 & 5, the mix flushes through but the pipe now in 6 doesn't release liquid int the container. What am I doing wrong? Many thanks.

seems like a lot of water stuck getting slimy in the tray even with the pipe ground down. I'd be tempted to drill a whole in it near the bottom so water doesn't collect (just my 2 cents worth)...

I was just going to suggest the same.. drill some holes through the flats on the nut into the drain pipe, or even better, notch the "flat-washer" part of the nut and drill the holes even with bottom of the tray/guttering.

Hi! Great video! I own a Maxi 310 cooler too, but it seems my water circulation line is not working! Do you have an idea if that could be fixed somehow? Any reply highly appreciated! Cheers!

Brother U have two option check the water circling motor (agitator motor) capacitor may be its need to change (1.5mf )or you have to change the water circling motor.
