    This explores the default App component is created by create-react-app and also introduces JSX which stands for Javascript and XML. If you are new to React, start at the beginning of this tutorial series (link in description above). If you are just learning Javascript, start with the basics in my full 8 hour tutorial here: th-cam.com/video/EfAl9bwzVZk/w-d-xo.html

    The kind of content I was looking for. Thanks. There is a lot of value in it, properly explained and suitable for beginners. Way better than other income youtubers with millions of views. I can't believe you have just a few thousands of it. But hey, people want to be entertained rather than educated.

    I was stuck with a 40+ hour tutorial. This is what I needed. Will just add the new reactdocs to my learning.

    you mention that people should be using stateless functions over class components. could you make a more in-depth video going over why?

    • @DaveGrayTeachesCode
      @DaveGrayTeachesCode  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Great question. I could make a video on that, but the quick answer is modern React development uses functional components and hooks instead of older versions that did not provide hooks and leaned towards class components. 😃
