Islamabad airport looks absolutely stunning. Never thought it was this impressive because mostly media doesn't show this side of Pakistan. I will be visiting Pakistan soon. Love from Nepal.
I recently travelled through Serene Air 501 (Isb-Khi) in the same aircraft... Flight was packed due to which boarding took a bit longer... Cabin crew was found active, seating was comfortable, I never use onboard loo so no comments and lastly, Captain Waqar made a bumpy landing which isn't acceptable especially in clear conditions on a wide body aircraft... Overall it was a satisfying experience with Serene Air in a very economical fare 👍🏼

I travelled on the same plane and on the same route. Following were observed: a. First the flight was delayed and customer service was so pathetic that no one intimated for flight delay and even no one picked the call stating all reps are busy. b. Flight attendants were very unprofessional, it was my second experience with serene, I made my mind be it what so ever, PIA is better than serene. c. Wide body aircraft is not recommended

I'm pretty sure the pilots would have raised their concerns with PCAA with those birds at 23:10. That is a serious hazard at the airport and an engine failure time bomb.

I fly every other week and have seen flight attendants talking to each other in front of customers, I don't see anything wrong with it. They are people and having a conversation unless they are doing gossip. As for checking the watch from time to time, it's normal for flight attendants here, they don't get paid until they are in the air. They get paid for flying time. If the plane is still on tarmac, they are not getting paid and I would check my damn watch every other minute until the plane is in the air so I can get paid. BTW I'm not a flight attendant. You should lower you expectation with Serene, as its model is based on low cost no frill carriers, so can't compare to Qatar Airline or Etihad. You get what you paid for.
Please do enter ticket price (for your trip), it gives general population an idea of pricing, also includes flight time, boarding, de-boarding time, flight speed.
As purely business point of view, wide body aircrafts are very viable on profitable domestic routes. Lahore to Karachi is a prime example. PIA used to serve Lahore-Karachi with Boeing 747s. That was always full. Btw, very good review, keep it up.
Interesting point. My only follow up question would be, why is PIA currently not using their 777s on domestic routes? They currently have three 777s parked.

Honest review...this aircraft AP-BNE twice had single engine failure on its Karachi Islamabad flight...One failure was in Oct last year and other this year...on both instances, it had to make emergency landing with one engine in karachi...Serene was doing so well with 737 but not so after the addition of these wide body A330s.
I think by & large points raised by u are good be it positive or negative side...but while exposing airhostess talking infront of passengers, do u think blurring their faces could have been better option?
Honestly on such a short flight besides attending to passengers when they are called, they dont have much to do so i wouldnt as a passenger mind them talking. Honestly i dont even care what the flight crew do as long as they are friendly and understanding

In Pakistan this seems to be a grey area but in the US for example, it is legal to film anyone in a public setting. Since this was a matter of public interest and identities of the cabin crew were not revealed, I decided to include the footages.
Well if there're no any extra on board services in this Airlines. Tell me the fare between other domestic airlines is low or same as the other's, than what is the use to Travel on this Airline as you mentioned their Attitude towards passengers is not upto the standard. What about at the check-in Counter staff handling also their body language and face expression.

Check in staff was superb. The domestic fare is similar for all airlines in Pakistan.
