I just started watching all you're 7days to die videos including you're whole playthroughs on it and I just wanna say I super enjoy the content of it. As someone who plays this game by their self I think you're doing the best you can with what you have so keep it up man!!!
From insane to survival it's only the damage you take that changes. Also the game stage multiplier. Difficulty always has a game stage multiplier. Also for insane with lvl 80 power armor and 350 hp you can still get one shot killed by end game enemies.
The Working Player Oven doesn't unlock new stuff but it does make most recipes cheaper and faster to craft. Most importantly it gives you Glue for 1 Boiled Water and 1 Bone OR 1 Murky Water and 2 Bones, which is even cheaper than Glue in the Chem Station.

One of the things I love about 7d2d is killing z's. Not the challenge although horde night is fun. But just seeing the z's hit the deck is the best part.
I believe you can make Gun Powder in the Mortar and Pestle, it costs 2x the resources as it does in the Chem Station but expensive Gun Powder beats none at all.

Dude, you should play it how you want to play it. Any advice I give is about game mechanics so you can make informed choices in how you decide you want to play. There's no right or wrong way to play there's only "you might be making it harder on your self by doing X or not knowing about Y". What has probably been kicking your ass the most is that the higher the difficulty level the faster the game stage ramps up and that's a BIG shift in Darkness Falls. If I recall the difference between Insane vs. Warrior is about double the Game Stage progression, and if you're not familiar with the ins and outs of crafting progression that's going to get ahead of you really easily.
Darkness falls is the kind of mod where you're falling behind if you're not over compensating. Changing back the difficulty is always an option if things are starting to get easy(doubt it) One thing to remember is that there are points with insane power spikes, but never stop upgrading Last, traders can teach you some stuff so always check since they can save you skill points

when you complete razor's questline you get to meet the trader in the desert remember that you need water for farming, rain barrel or pipe can water plant at 3 block distance
Im not sure if someone mentioned it but you could check if you can craft dirt bike. It is much faster then minibike but cheaper then motorcycle. Love series and it is fun to watch
Tip for cop cars you don’t need lock picks you can just hit it till it’s got like 44hp left and then jus hit it with your bike and nothing will spawn lol
I so wanted to see how difficult the bunker was going to be. The scaling on darkness falls is brutal. I was on day 78 nomad and the endless screamers with incubus/sucubus was endless
Yeah I have 3k hrs in 7dtd and ive never been crazy enough to try INSANE, Not upset in the slightest that you lowered it by 1 Darkness Falls is no fking joke and the longer you go in DF the harder shit gets (tho the perks and weapons balance it very well.. its still harder then Vanilla). Keep up the great work bro!
Give vanilla 7DtD insane a crack. It's a different kind of challenge and not actually that difficult for an experienced player. Darkness falls is a different kettle of worms though.
Love the modded versions of this game, wish they had the mods for xbox ended up buying the game before i realized there was a difference n as of last winter when i bought it it was straigh5 vanilla n was told they had no intentions of updating or making mods for xbox smh its a shame darkness falls would deff sell on xbox

@@isyzen matchete counts as a knife in game. Bone knife hunting knife and machete all together harvest 100% resources. Axes give 75% and so on

TIP;; - Lock system is great, put ‘keeps’ at bottom and lock, then can just deposit all into dump chests 😮

You can buy crafting perks from the Scout. It'll cost you a pretty penny but it saves a skill point.

Well changing the difficulty is great you know but when things got a little easier change it to insane lol
Just to be clear using a silenced gun does still generate heat, just a lot less, which is probably what caused the horde in the middle of the episode
