Just look at that landing. So smooth and artistic. The way you make this heap of metal literally waltz in the air, is stuff of legends. When I fly helis, it’s like a rattlesnake high on crack with a drunk pig for a copilot.

Mi-8 made its impression on my playing arma 2+3, I love the sight and sound of it in action. Maybe not a great heli in warthunder, but it's a 10/10 in the cool factor for me.
I think some kind of long-form Ground Enduring Confrontation-ish mode should be added, there's a lot of untapped potential in making helicopters something more than just ground attackers. I can imagine the Mi-8 bringing supplies to front line players that are far from a supply point yeah not to mention a large scale battle with lots of AI enemies and objectives would just be sick in general.
Having finished the video, but I'd just like to mention that Mi-8 has access to drag bombs. I think that could make the bombs actually viable, and since they hit so close to current position you dont need CCIP the same.
the heli is great but my biggest problem is that the "new" third person helicopter aiming they've been adding makes it really really awkward to aim when you zoom in
that actually reminds me that i wanted to fly some helis with unguided rockets on grb with sim controls. IMO the flight model of most helis in RB mode is fucked af.

As Hunter is already op, just imagine what chaos would ensue on the enemy team if Hunter gets his hands on a spades F16 C. There’s gonna be lots of graves for the opposing team. My question is: ,,How did you do that?" I tried everything and it didn't work! My mark was always deactivated.
The mark in your gameplay looked like a circle inside a rectangle ----> The crosshair was surrounded by a circle and the marked target was surrounded by a rectangle. You were able to move the crosshair everywhere while the target was marked.
@@playtinumi3359 when u lock onto a target press the 'sight stabilisation' button - the lock will change to a semi manual lock where u can slew the laser around relative to the locked target. The circle is where your laser is pointing and naturally the square is your locked target. Push either sight stab or target des buttons to exit out of the lock after your done.
I am shocked how did you not get main gund lol this thing is the size of a house come through in my game with that thing I'm gonna put a round through that hull lol also when are you gonna do streaming I know your not much a talker but I really think you could clean up I know Ryan berry with 10x less subs makes a killing sometimes

I would do test flights and just cruise around and practice maneuvers. I love flying in this game man.
I do that a lot, flying with sim controls in test fly and listening to music or chat with friends. Practice and fun 👍
I like one thing in this update they reduced research points a lot .
Any tips on how to learn to aim these rockets? Or on any heli without computer guidance ?
Practice in test drive, I feel it is better from pilot cockpit view .. fire two rockets test and start your salvo when you feel you are on target.

If I understood what you wrote accurately, it is all one button "Sight Stab", press it multiple times, you will get stabilize, lock and cancel lock.
