His short game is horrible as is his putting..but the big issue is that he hasn't posted a legal score in ages. His total game philosophy is to cheat. He won't play alongside his 4some..he runs ahead, has his caddy move his ball..and gives himself so many gimmee's.

For a man that spent months in traction after his bad injury during WW2 it is a remarkably smooth full swing. He wore a back brace and was on medication right up until the time of his death

Very nice. Short game is where it’s at! I shot my best round at Pebble Beach…98. For 18 , of course! I was doing backflips I was so excited!
First time I ever played Pebble back in the mid 70s I started out triple bogey, eagle, birdie. I ended up shooting 101 that day. It was definitely an up and down round.
