    So glad you’re staying with the ASMR idea. It will take a bit for people to find you but they will come. I really enjoy your videos either way. 👍

      Thanks. Well, it's definitely "unintentional." It's just the same video style I've done for ten years. But someone, maybe you, I don't know, said I should stick "ASMR" in the title and I said, Sure, ya, I'll do that. So I did. 🙂

    You've seen my press molds on a different platform, I'd like to send you a mold once I get a chance to make one.
    Great video, and I want to try that volado leaf on a blend where I use Perique.

    • @BlissCigarCo
      @BlissCigarCo  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey there. When you say "send," do you mean "give"? I would be up for that. It would be interesting to see how your mold design performs. Are you talking about the metal ones? I could be wrong, but I don't think you can get the exact volado I use, as I get it from a private connection who sends me a few pounds a year with which to do my videos. Perique would tend to overpower most volados anyway, so it doesn't matter that much.

  • @WingsOfADream1
    @WingsOfADream1 หลายเดือนก่อน

    maybe you could eventually show cutting and lighting it... just a thought... I know you could get an angle that does not dox you...
    what lighter/matches or whatever you prefer... maybe you have odd tips about something to do with etiquette on that front...
    I don't even smoke I just find it neat to have a window into a world where such care is taken into what many think is "just a cigar"
    maybe show the press or how you keep the leaves... do they stay in a humidor perhaps... all just speculation from intrigues and interest. thanks for the uploads :)

    How long do you rest cigars before smoking after you actually roll? Love the videos. It is hard to get leaf up in Canada without paying a lot of tax on incoming imports from the US. I did grow some Burley and Islangold last year but didn't succeed very well in roll cigars. Made some nice pipe tobacco though. I have 5 different kinds to plant this year to try and get some decent leaf to age and start rolling some cigars.

    • @BlissCigarCo
      @BlissCigarCo  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I pretty much give my entire thought process on it. "Ligero strong, so not too much. Viso, that's where the aroma's at, so plenty of that; seco, burns well but not much flavor, so only one leaf." I don't go beyond that because I don't really know beyond that. Some people are just not good with flavor notes and profiles and stuff. It'll have a certain pleasant aroma of mixed tobaccos, with medium strength.

    • @BlissCigarCo

      Goes into a bag of scrap which is used to roll "short filler" cigars, which means cigars rolled using scrap for filler.

But I just can’t seem to get away from my Toscano fire cured cigars and cigarillo’s.. any suggestions for some good cigars that’s have a similar taste and aroma as the traditional toscano?? I’d highly recommend anything from avanti or parodi if you’re in the USA you can order online of course.. they actually make a few different fire cured cigarillo style cigars as well a longer cheroot.. they have a few different varieties throughout the brand all are equally amazing.. avanti, de nobli, ram rods, marca petri, Kentucky cheroots, Parodi and a few others all fire cured American tobacco produced in pennsylvaina..

    Where do you buy your leaves? I buy mine from leaf only but often times the wrappers have holes in them

    • @BlissCigarCo

      Hi, ZZ. I don't get my leaves from the USA retailers. I have a connection to a guy in Central America and he sends me a couple boxes a year, just enough to do my videos with.

    • @ZZ-my9be
      @ZZ-my9be หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @BlissCigarCo thanks, all the cigars i roll seem to be pretty veiny and not even close to being as smoothe as yours, any tips for that?

    • @BlissCigarCo
      @BlissCigarCo  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@ZZ-my9be I guess you are talking about the wrappers. That's a combination of leaf prep, rolling method, and the leaf itself. If it's the leaf itself, then you need to buy a leaf with lighter veins. I've heard the "Ecuador shade" wrappers at Leaf Only are pretty low veinage, but I don't have personal experience.
