Thanks for taking the time to make this video. I’m a professional videographer and I know and appreciate how much time it takes to make a video. So Kudos to you and the project you did looks great!
Thanks for the video. What to do if your wall is completely finished? We have been in our house for around 23 years. We have one wall that has started the last few years and seems to be getting worse. Merry Christmas. May Jesus continue to bless you and your family
Hi there, thank you for the info. Your video was extremely helpful. I attempted to do the modding, although not horrible - it still needs some cleaning up. What would you recommend for a sander for bigger areas? Or just stick with the block you suggested?
Thank you mexican/Pilipino guy for telling this white dude how to do my job. I can put up dry wall and i can sand it to baby butt smooooothness. I HATE HATE HATE mudding Typically i never have the issuse with bubble but. This house im doing dear god who ever built it was on crack its so uneven i had to shim and block everything to get the damn drywall to be semi flush. Which i guess made some lose points in the joints and i have bubbles now... Ugh gotta fix those later now
I'm a DIY person. It sticks well when wet. Less trouble. Worth it. No bubble. I didn't stick the whole tape in water. I did in parts. It was time consuming.
What's wrong with him fixing a few problems? Do you fix your plumbing, car, and simple things around your house, or do you call an expert? People should allow someone to learn and share their experience, It's just mud and paper tape.

Could you do a video on how to replace a popcorn ceiling into a flat surface ceiling? thanks.
scrape and skim
Asbestos usually in popcorn ceiling so don’t just scrape it off without proper protection
Another awesome and helpful video!! I still need to work on my garage walls 😂

I’ve seen some people soak the tape in water for a few minutes. What are your thoughts on that?

is the primer always neccessary?
It’s not necessary but you will get a better finish as the primer reduces any flashing
I’m not a dry wall specialist..and so my results were a mess, until I watched your video…and
