Thank you. I love that I can just get off work pull my balls out of my work van and because of your channel I don't have to spend time at the drawing board.
You popped on my short feed. I did this two sets on my off day before I went to bed to burn some excess energy. 51yrs and today did it fully 20 min but I threw in 5 pull ups after both sides then 2 min rest. 50lb bell Got through 3 sets proper. Thank you
it f me up. really great routine. 20-24 kg is the max for me to not risk injury. added 2 mins of rope instead of rest and got myself wayyy too much sweat :D
Great video. Just what I’m looking for. What weight do you recommend for me? I’m just getting into the kettlebell game and throw dumbbells around at least 5 days a week. I’m 160lbs and 11% body fat. Was thinking around 30lbs to start? Does that sound about right?
Knocked this out earlier this morning with a 25# bell. It was humbling as I figured this would be something I’d do with my 35# bell. Looks like I have some work to do….
Start with 25lbs, until you figure out the movement, & them go heavy, if you start heavy, you’ll end up fucking up your back.. its not weights , its a kettlebell. Different monster.

Good to see someone who remembers to include a pull exercise.
Swings is effectively a pull exercise tho
There’s two, the pull on the snatch and the row on the gorilla row
