Hello i have inBio460 with mixed exits ..other doors have Exit buttons others have exit buttons ..the dip switch sequence is giving me a headach for now..

Hey can you assist me with connecting F12 readers to a C3 400 panel. I have connected the F12 readers to the rs485 ext port in the panel but im not able to get it to communicate with the panel. Whenever i scan a programmed card or fingerprint nothing registers in the live monitoring of the ZK access software. What can i try to help with this? Ive checked my wiring so i know its connected right.

Hi Lester, the F12 readers are not compatible with the C3 controllers. The KR series slave readers will be a better fit. Alternatively, you can look at our InBio controllers to use with the F12 reader.
