I'm from Uganda. I visited Bekal fort in 2018 I loved it and after we drove to that beach downwards on the left side. So beautiful ❤ though before the gate are small canteens that sell water and spiced chips, I loved but was scared of the drinking water color but somebody explained why the color was different, when I took it , as just herbal tea and fizzy 😂 Will come back. Greetings from Uganda. Africa ❤

Inside the Bekal Fort there are no options for food or stay. But there are many hotels and resorts very close to Bekal.
The Lalit resort, Taj Bekal resort, and Bekal fort heritage home stay are some of the nearby resorts. These can be a little costly.
The good option is to book a hotel in Kasaragod town. There are many hotels available with stay and food like- Speedway INN, Kalluvalappil HOLIDAY INN, Hotel Highway Castle, Hotel Century Park...
