What is the problem if my 1998 cb 400 has clean the throttle, carburettor but can't reach over 90km per hour? Please help.
check spark plugs if lean or rich. perform adjustments as needed.
i have checked. or speed locked,bro?

Hi sir..i have a problem in my cb400 1997.after throttle can be back in 2, 3 sec. And also back smoke from exuast, and 1 more leaking gas from fuel tank valve in a small nozzle..how to fix it
