Seeing this makes me wish they developed the character relations a bit more and created a karma system. I feel like this character might’ve sided with Rookwood if given the chance or just taken another path entirely if given the chance.

@Arsidala When you're inside the Feldcroft Catacomb for the first time to retrieve the relic with Sebastian, you have to accept his offer to teach you Imperio. Then, when you confront Ominis, you have to side with Sebastian. This will prompt the option to use Imperio on Ominis, which he'll reluctantly accept. Then the cutscene with his eyes glowing will happen 😊 I hope this helps 💗💗

@hempingguy Of course! It's actually a part of the Anytime Companion mod on NexusMods. Once activated in game, you'll be able to open a menu with the list of different characters, and above certain characters, you can choose an "alternate" appearance option for them. Then simply reload the game, or teleport and it'll activate ! ^_^
However, if you want your character to dress like Sebastian, I'm afraid that's a chance drop Q_Q Unless you find a mod that allows you to unlock "all gear"
