I own the micsig sto1004, an amazing device indeed! I allso own the older CP2100B current probe, which is a great current probe! Dear micsig, its not that complicated to add to the advanced math option of the scope RMS, Frequently, phase shifting and other multi-sample measurements. This will make our scope many times more powerful as it will open possibilities not only to measure power, but Allso motors, power supplies, solar inverters, LED drivers and other measurements that require the basic statistics you already have on the scope.. 🖖 Very informative video nonetheless. Thanks you!

A really useful demonstration of the applications of a current probe - many thanks. I have a Micsig Differential probe which I think is pretty good quality too.

Hi Kerry, can we use micsig dp750 adaptor for BNC connectors with the current probe instead of buying 503b model? 503b model is pointlessly expensive in UK

Are you trying to power the 503b with DP750's UPI to BNC adapter? It wouldn't work. I was curious myself as well and tried that a while ago. While the 503b powered up correctly, it didn't work. I suspect not all UPI functionalities were implemented in the adapter supplied with the DP750.
