    My Tips:
*Start on 31st December and not January 1st ( a New Year's Resolution) so you're psychologically ahead of the curve.
    * Small (no matter how small) consistent steps will beat large but infrequent surges every time.
    * Write it down. Writing it down will cement everything in your mind whilst also allowing your brain to rest, forget, rejuvenate and come back to the exact place you left off. Nothing forgotten. Progress continues.

Totally agree with this! I purposely started December 1st for that very reason. Now I'm forming healthy habitis without the stress of January 1st

"You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream."- C.S. Lewis
This is one of my favorite quotes. Thank you for informing me about it!

thank you for this video brother.
The best tip I can give from my past years' attempts:
NARROW IT DOWN, dont try to form 12 new habits and have 10 broad goals.
make the number of goals and things you need to focus on daily as low as possible, 2-5 big, ambitious and clear goals would do the trick
Good luck guys, write your goals down here and we'll check how it goes for each by the end of 2024

@@ThatGuy-yb8xt lets say that if you do calisthenics and its currently your main jam, but you are a beginner, try to go for a full front lever and a muscle up
or if your business is currently making you 10k per month and 2k netprofit, go for making it 10k net profit

Unfortunately, the C.S.Lewis quote wasn't actually anything he wrote. It most likely came from motivational speaker Les Brown, but is often mis-attributed to Lewis.

Love this, I’ve seen goals as “guidelines” the past few years. Detachment from the goal but gives me direction for each day!

There should be a balance / harmony between taking action, letting go and relaxing ...Do your part and leave things to flow freely ...

I've always loved goal setting, but usually, I watch videos that recommend S.M.A.R.T. Goal setting and it doesn't actually do anything to help improve the way I set goals. This video however, did an amazing job and really helped expand on how to improve my goal-setting. Thank you! ^_^

    Reflective questions (for copy-paste):
    1. How do I spend the majority of my time, and how do I feel about that?
    2. What was the best thing that happened to me in the past year?
    3. What are my biggest achievements?
    4. What was my lowest point and why?
    5. What lessons did I learn, and what might I do differently next year?
    6. What was I most thankful for?
    7. What goals did I have that didn't happen? and do I want to carry them over to next year?

SMART Goals - why would anyone ever set an irrelevant goal? Goals only need to be measurable and have a deadline....SMART goals are just for productively coaches with long memories 😀
