Making the Zadie Jumpsuit : Birthday Edition 🎊

- Welcome back to the channel! Today's video is a little different. I'm taking you on the Zadie Jumpsuit journey with me 🤗
This is the first time I've made the Zadie by @PAPERTHEORY I really enjoyed the making process. The fabric I used was from Firecracker Fabrics based in Pittsburgh and they still have some in stock!

I bought the 🏰 Enchanted Palace Box🏰 from @thedahliasewciety and I highly recommend picking up a bespoke box from them! They also have some lovely fabrics on their website and if shipping from Melbourne Australia wasn't next level I'd be purchasing from them a ton more than I already do.

Oh my goodness. I just LOVE your videos. First, you look AMAZING! Secondly, I can relate to fabric shortages. I've made two beautiful dresses with short sleeve. Problem is,...they were supposed to be long.🙄 Thirdly, your editor outdid themselves once again. I lol'd over and over. You're both just AWESOME!

That color of your Zadie looks so good on you, glad you were able to get the extra needed fabric. We’ve all been there with that scare. Also your hair coloring was fabulous. And lastly, I actually had a minor heart palpitation when you went to use your fabric shears on that package. Lol. That would have been truly tragic. Happy belated birthday.

Hope you had a great birthday! I'm curious what you thought of the torso/crotch length. I saw some reviews that said it was way too long so I shortened mine a half inch. Or so I thought. My math was off so I actually shortened the torso by a whole inch and it fits me perfectly! I will definitely be making the long sleeve version soon. Yours turned out amazing, I love the fabric color! I
I saw that too, but I have a long torso so I usually have to lengthen jumpsuits/dresses with a waistline...so I just went for it! The fit for me is pretty perfect so it makes sense that it was too long for some. I want to make the long sleeved version as well but I like how I've paired it with shirts underneath making it more wearable so we will see I guess.
Omg...use the kitchen island rather than the dining room table... Genius!! 🙆
