Fleetway Sonic is basically a stronger form than Super Sonic, the things you've seen Super Sonic do Fleetway does twice as much despite him being quite mad and sadistic he would end up beating Super Sonic if he found himself, and I say he and sadistic because the targets that he already find were weaker than him so he ended up playing with them because instead of playing with them he could kill his friends good was only defeated even by script and if I'm not mistaken there are more things involving he in Comic but I don't remember because it's been a long time since I saw
