Guys, I just woke up. I've been listening to this all day before I slept.
And I actually almost astral projected without being absolutely terrified. I've had similar semi astral projection experiences near shifting and I'd nearly piss my pants, but no. Not this time I actually woke up normally without even being sweaty, which's HUGE for me!
In the dream/near put of body experience the sensations were vivid af, I called on my spirit guides and told them to help me astral project in my dream and they did. One of them, lended me a hand. I could feel their hand very vividly, I could feel everything. This is the first time I was actually excited instead of scared shitless! And it always happened whenever I tried to shift. I'd nearly astral project then freak out and wake myself up.

I ain't saying shifting is astral projecting, no they're not the same. I'm just sharing my experience with trying to shift in my dreams it always leads me to a semi astral projection for some reason and apparently I'm the only one who gets this kind of experience while trying to shift in a dream lol💀 I'm not complaining tho but it used to scare the shit out of me. Anyways I know shifting and astral projection are different things i personally more interested in shifting but my higher self has another idea in mind💀 I'm still trying to shift if i happen to astral project lmao ain't no body stopping me

I keep having this same dream about a rollercoaster. It’s based on a green dragon. It’s fast, 75mph and 80 on drops, it has 5 loops, one of them being HUGE. It’s designed to feel like you’re flying, so you lay on your stomach on this ride.
I’m trying to shift - or at least induce lucid dreaming - to go back to this rollercoaster.
It felt so free, so fun, and so… peaceful.

y’all last night idk if i shifted or dreamed or lucid dreamed someone tell me but i was playing this for about 10 mins and then did the julia method and woke up not in my dr but i was with my comfort characters so it was some sort of variant of my dr….. it didn’t really feel like a dream though becuase i could control what happened at times even if it was small and like it felt realistic at the same time it was weird. anyways im trying again tonight maybe i’ll update
