I’ve had a rat problem with my pigeons as well. I lost tons of chicks and money plus them pissing in the birds water making them sick. I’ve moved them and now have poison laid out, haven’t had an issue since. I’m sorry about Red I know how it is losing a favourite bird.

Good Evening Jordan, great vid ,sorry you have a big problem with so many predators. Too many gaps in the ground floor lofts and probably the chicken sheds. Some tin sheets nailed up will stop the problem. Too many racoons around there, Jordan, get them trapped or shot! Very sorry that Red's gone,he was a legend in his own time! The geese and chickens look well. If you get more geese and ducks, Jordan, dig a big pond out for them. Your quail chicks and turkeys look fine, some big turkeys running around with the geese. We hope you solve the predator problems soon and we bet your livestock will be pretty grateful too. Take care and sort it out, Malc and Ann (England) UK xx

Get the live traps out! Raccoons will just keep working out someway to get your birds. Even if your vigilant, they are finding meals there and they will return. You could catch them all and cage them. Then take the whole family 50+ miles away.

@@logangower8615 YOU SHOULD HAVE THEM PARTED FROM THEIR PARENTS AT 24 DAYS OLD AND PUT INTO A SEPRATE SECTION OR LOFT. LEAVE THEM IN THE LOFT A FEW DAYS WITH FOOD AND WATER IN FRONT OF THEM ALL THE TIME UNTIL THEY ARE 30 DAYS OLD. THE DAY BEFORE YOU LET THEM OUT, TAKE THE CORN OUT OF THE LOFT AROUND 2 O'CLOCK. THEN WHEN YOU LET THEM OUT THEY WILL BE HUNGRY ENOUGH TO COME BACK IN. WHEN YOU GET THEM BACK IN FEED THEM UNTIL MOST OF THEM HAVE GONE TO THE DRINKER THEN TAKE THE FOOD STRAIGHT OUT. LET THEM OUT EVERY AFTERNOON AND FEED THEM THAT WAY YOU WON'T GO WRONG. JUST LET THEM OUT FOR AN HOUR AND CALL THEM BACK IN. ONLY CALL THEM WHEN YOU HAVE GOT FOOD FOR THEM THAT WAY THEY ASSOCIATE YOUR CALL WITH FOOD. GIVE THEM FRESH GRIT EVERY DAY AND MINERALS. IF THEIR IS ANYTHING ELSE YOU ARE NOT SURE OF LET ME KNOW. HOPE THIS HAS HELPED YOU.
PS. THEY WILL FLY WHEN THEY ARE READY, DON'T CHASE THEM ABOUT. 🌟💯👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

@@logangower8615 YES, WHEN THEY ARE FULLY COVERED UNDER THE WING THATS CORRECT. ALSO AN INCH OF TAIL NEVER FAIL. IF YOU PUT THEM A POT OF CORN IN THE NEST BOX YOU WILL SEE THEM EAT WHEN THEY ARE READY. 🌟👍

Raccoons for me, are the most dangerous to animals, over coyotes and cats. It's a sure sign when the head is missing from carcass, and parts are left it's a racoon. Coyotes and cats will carry off animals. If you see one racoon you have to times it by 40. I had 30 chickens, and 2 geese kill in last two years, here in Kansas. They are hard to trap, definitely considering night vision optics, but they are so spardic when they show up, also. All is well though, hope you get your pesk. Lol
