As an industrial millwright I can say thats not a very confidence inspiring video. The use of files to get the rings to compress was my favorite part. I can see getting creative to do a one off build or repair but not having the proper tools for production made machinery isn't very professional. I'd hate to see a the approach used on one of the larger hammers. It atleast shows why you save so much money buying from China.
Looks like actual workers had been told to go out, and couple mid management dudes assembled that hammer. Clean hands and knees and clumsy assembly. @Jeff lyon
