The NICU nurse explained that their tongue is "glued" to the top of their mouth until they reflex to suck kicks in at around 35 weeks gestation. When you put the bottle in her mouth it reminded me of that.
Great video! Your new baby is so cute! I have one drink & wet baby boy and I too was surprised at how long it takes to feed him. I'm fine with just doing water because I always dribble it all over the place, it will even get under his bib :) and I like using cloth diapers on him. With just the water in there it's easy to let them dry out and re-use, don't even have to wash!
You don’t have to squeeze the bottle, you actually just have to help like you do with a real baby just a gentle push t9 the mouth each sip! So realistic
you can feed her anything just afterwards mix water and alcohol in a bottle and feed it to her about once or twice depending how much you give her that will wash whatever you fed her out her mouth and clean out her drink and wet system so it doesn't crust up
Don’t worry I know how to add color to a bottle it does it in a lot of videos that’s how I know how to do it it works super well and it’s super simple you just color a piece of paper towel put it in the bottle and shake it and take the paper towel out and boom you have your reborns drink

the bottle is way too big for a “baby” that size you need a 2oz bottle and I’d give 1-1.5oz, hold her while supporting the head so she’s not laying flat and hold the bottle at an angle rather than the 90 degrees aim for more like 45 degrees angle and don’t squeeze the bottle also I’d flush the system if you’re using food colouring so it doesn’t stain
