Even though the sound was barely audible, this was by far the best and most in-depth instruction video I've seen on clip in hair extensions. Thank you!
I have fine hair like hers and this was very helpful. It would be much easier if each hair was thick but mine are thin so it was good to see how you worked with thin hair , thanks. You must be a professional.
Simple and super easy to remember- just what I was looking for. What I want to know is how she expects the clips to stay with her having fine hair. Clip slippage is the issue I have because I have fine silky hair. The only tips I know are to tease my hair where the clip will go and also to spray hair spray on the clips.
I have the same hair type and my clip ins won’t stay unless I tease the roots and apply dry shampoo and hairspray. If I sleep with a silk cap or silk pillowcase, I can usually go 1-2 weeks without having to take them out and wash my hair.
I've seen where some close teasing is done just below the root of the hairline where the clip-in is being placed. Such that the clip-in is placed just above the teased hair. Hope that makes sense.
Was not sure how to clip the clips on hair so they don't slide off...Your video is simple & straight to the point...had a very good view of exactly how you applied the clips... thank you
Why are ppl saying its not fine hair?!? She has my hair type and my hair is very fine... if you see in my pic our hair is similar she just has more volume on top but yes that is fine hair. Its NOT thin. Thin is when you dont have much hair. Fine is when you have average to above average amounts of hair but the strands are very skinny.
I was hoping to see fine, thin hair. This is fine hair but not thin, as in its more dense. I have fine and thin hair. My individual strands are nearly invisible when a hair is pulled from my head. Coupled with not having a significant number of strands has led me to consider extensions or search for some method to achieve at least an average or "normal" appearance. Any ideas? I'm also afraid that various methods could easily lead my extremely delicate thin strands to just snap right off if extensions are tied in or glues in as I've heard breading in extensions on very fine hair will cause breakage at the root leaving you with a crew cut.
@@OxsanaAriadneValentina you can get hair extensions for fine hair so that it has less weight when the clippins are in and don't pull on your hair as much

LOL!! That is NOT thin hair. Thin hair is when you can see the back of your neck through your hair. I purchased the Irresistible Me TruBlend extensions because the silicone base sits flatter than regular fabric backings. I had the Luxy brand before, but they were too bulky and you could see through my hair that I had them in. My new ones are super light and I was able to get the lightest weight. Fine hair is in no way heavy, so the lighter the wefts the better, and more natural looking. If you're going to use someone with thin, fine hair, find a hair model that really does have issues with her hair. I wish I had as much real hair as this girl!

MONICA SICKELS i have extremely thin hair too, always falling out. I really want to try some too. It’s hard because they are so expensive and I don’t know if my hair will end up being to thin to hold up to them and I also worry about them showing through.
My idea of thin fine hair is when you can see your scalp from every direction. That's how my friend Jen's head looks. I guess she would just need a whole wig.
Hello I am new to extensions. I've been doing a lot of research on extensions at Amazon. I'm ordering some tonight. How much hair did you need? Our hair is the same length. My hair is around 7 inches. I want extensions around 15. Any suggestions
Thanks for watching! This is a boring but informative video with NO sound. If you absolutely have to have music please play your music of choice while watching lol. And yes the clips are upside down for a reason. Feel free to read the comments to find out why. Enjoy!
Yes depending on the hair texture we recommend teasing the roots for extra security. We have other videos where we go into more details on exactly how to do this.
kenzie Myers my stylist and the people at Cashmere hair advise against teasing b/c it’s very hard on hair and ends up damaging it. They suggest using a dry shampoo where you are going to apply the weft which gives the clips that extra grip and stability.
I personally don't tease or use hairspray, I don't think my hair agrees with it. Clips that have a silicone backing will grab and hold easier. I like to use dry shampoo to add texture and body, acure is a good brand IMO. (I like my hair best a few days after washing anyway, right after washing it's too light and flat)

This was cringe to watch. The clips were upside down and her heart just looked longer, where’s the volume and where is the thickness? The extensions did not look good quality wise either and the finished product looked messy. For fine hair, you need to tease slightly at the new growth for the clips to have a sturdy grip on the hair and not fall out. Poor job.

Wouldn't it work better if you clipped the extension right on the part instead of just below the part? Wouldn’t that create even more fullness?
That's a possibility in certain areas but not on top because the hair wouldn't lay as well and the extension may show.
