You can use 5v,6v,7v,8v,9v,and up to 12v but if you use 13v you can fry the Arduino
it is 7.4v battery
arduino work on 7-12v but you give 5v tell me how it work

Bro, you made mistake first and corrected next..but beginners can't find that mistake so do seriously while doing work.
Mistake is bluetooth module TX wire goes to arduino uno same TX port..., After that you corrected but beginners do this project will goes problem.
