I'm using 12 x 12 by 7 mm momentary switch, and drilled 8 mm holes for them, but in this particular microwave, I wish I have chosen the 12 x 12 x 5mm ones.
The ribbon cable is AWG28 multi-colored ribbon cable.
The tape was 3M VHB Tape 4914 0.25mm tape.
    Thanks for watching.

Interesting - eBay shows a 20-pk of these switches for US $2.35 + $3.00 shipping. Control panel for my microwave = US $128.00.
I can get a similar microwave on craigslist for us $40-$60, but with your fix, I can keep my old microwave out of the landfill.

Hi, how did you put the numbering on your diagram? I start to do mine DIY, but I realize yours have numbering and I dont know how to start my diagram by just looking at the membrane. Please help, thanks.

I have the same microwave and it's not displaying any LED Clock & none of the buttons are functioning,it's still got mains power as the interior light still lights up but nothing else is the PCB faulty?.

el costo de la membrana no se compara al de todos los botones, pero sí lo compensa el tiempo de duracion de cada uno a largo plazo!

What is the size/dimension of the dip switch?

      In the description - 12 x 12 by 7 mm momentary switch (but says better would have been 12 x 12 x 5mm )

Didn't have a heat gun so I used scalding hot water, worked fine.
