Well, I'll tell you first comes my Father in heaven in the name of Yahashua the Messiah. Then my husband then our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren now. I've had a good life. I'm willing to accept whatever comes my way that the Messiah has planned for me. I try to be obedient and observing his ways. Hallelujah!

As a fellow health content creator, I truly appreciate the insights shared in your video. The emphasis on moderation is a crucial aspect of a balanced lifestyle that often gets overlooked in today's fast-paced world.
Your discussion about the impact of hybridized grains on health is particularly relevant. Many people are unaware of how these changes in our food supply can affect our bodies, especially regarding insulin response and overall metabolic health. It’s alarming to see the correlation between the rise of processed foods and the increase in lifestyle-related diseases.
I also love how you highlighted the importance of listening to our bodies. This aligns with the principles I advocate in my own content, where I encourage viewers to cultivate a deeper awareness of their dietary choices and how they affect their well-being.
Thank you for shedding light on these important topics! I believe that by sharing knowledge and experiences, we can empower more individuals to make informed choices about their health. Keep up the fantastic work!

Hi Barbara, thank you for the wonderful work you are doing. May the Lord bless you. I have watched many of your videos and learnt so much.
I have a question about all the TH-cam channels that use clips from your videos and make a new presentation. Are you aware of this? May they do that? I send a video to family "Three miracle herbs lower high blood pressure " from one of these channels. And got a warning back from a family member that Barbara O'Neill are not a reliable source and don't have any acknowledgeable education and say that cancer can be cured by a bicarbonate of soda injection. I am so sorry about the ignorance of people. What can I say to this family member?
Please go on doing God's work. Blessings

We eat more junk while scrolling the internet, for one thing.
It’s easy to just grab already prepared foods and a bag of chips or candy. We need to change so many of our lifestyle choices. One vise leads to another lazy choice.

yes and no, I would say it depends on person. Being vegetarian require to plan meals very carefully u cant just stop eating meet; you need to learn how to replace it. Also how to combain meals, for example if you eat beans with rice there is more protein absorbcion due to combining each others amino acids profile than if you eat beans alone.

no, she is nutritionist who is banned in many countries (if not all of them) for giving unsafe medical advices. However people somehow surviwe her tratment and claim to get better . According to wikipedia there was one person who died following her advices :"In late 2019, it was revealed that a Cook Islands man with stage four cancer had died after following O'Neill's advice, having declined medical intervention and attempting to treat his disease with bicarbonate soda, lemon juice, and boiled water" hovewer as it was stage 4.... Personally I love her

@@eve6533 This person doesn’t know how to think nor listen. She literally said in the video that no amount of alcohol is safe. People like the one who made this comment love to accuse people they don’t agree with of being “mentally ill”, high on drugs” or “drunk” to deal with their cognitive dissonance.
