Read 1 Cor 11:2-16 whenever praying or prophecyig that is in church or outside church, whenever a woman is praying even when alone she should cover her head. She is more than welcome to keep her head uncovered in public that is outside church & put it on only when praying.

hair covering is only limited in the church, you have evry liberty to live with uncovered hair out side the church
