Ok, call me clueless and crazy but what is wrong with the word "moist" ? Much less "flesh" ? Flesh is just skin and skin is beautiful! I've heard other youtubers apologize for using the word "moist". Someone please clue me in!
The whole moist flesh thing had me in stitches.... you're so poised and classy that it just got better and better as you went through the names...you nailed the whole naming thing on the head, I think.
I just bought this foundation about a week ago. I have combo to oily skin and it works pretty well. I find I have to work at it a bit in blending and feel a sponge or fingers work best. Love the pop of pink on the eye
I am so glad I bookmarked your review and have now watched it! ❤️. I am a fan of the names and am Loving the blush!! I'm all about that burnt terracotta! While the foundation doesn't grab me yet I think ima grab a blush cause I love the fingerprint in it 😊. The eyeshadows took me by surprise. In their promo pics they looked boring and dull, but when you showed the pallet and the swatches they have good pigment and look nice. Thx for this review 😊😊❤️❤️

It’s like they’re trying to outdo Nars Orgasm for shock and attention, but the thing with Orgasm is that it’s fantastic quality and it’s a universal shade which is so difficult to achieve. It’ll be interesting to see how sales for Flesh products do over the next few months. I appreciate you purchasing these yourself and sharing your thoughts as I value your opinion.🙌🏻

Oh my gosh I totally agree with you on the word flesh! I hate it. It either reminds me of porn or cannibalism for some reason! And I used to think the phrase "moist squirrels" was the worst phrase in the English language but flesh is right up there! 🤣

About the brand name: I gave my 87 year old Mom a couple of lip pencils, one was by Urban Decay... she was shocked that a makeup brand would use the word “decay”... we’re so used to it we don’t think about what it means! I’m not bothered by names but I’m suspicious if something is being marketed to teens and the under 30 set.
The look of this brand reminds me a lot of Mark by Avon. Everything seems so small for the price. It must be a joke that the foundation stick looks like that considering it's name. lol

Hitting the nail on the head about it's similarity to Glossier with it's provocative marketing. Glossier's photos always sort of bother me as well- it reminds me a lot of American Apparel- sort of sweaty looking girls in strange unflattering positions. I'm not into that part of the brand. Love the vid!
I had the same issues with this foundation x__x it sucks too because it looks so nice initially going on but later on in the day it came off on my nose, settled into fine lines and looked cakey in my t-zone (I also have dry skin) Makes me wish I had watched your review before buying Lol At least I know the blushes and highlighters are legit though :3

I just don't know why they have to go there with the bad names. I understand they are targeting a younger demographic but what about being young and still classy? The foundation size is ridiculous, I get bigger samples at Sephora.
I read that the name “Flesh” was chosen to counteract the fact that Crayola crayons had a shade called “Flesh” and it was a light peachy tone. In other words, the line takes a more inclusive view. But that doesn’t explain “Firm...Stick.”. And with their marketing budget, they surely could have come up with a different name. I am looking for a stick foundation, however, and I may give it a try when I am able to swatch it at Ulta, although your review gives me pause.

The blush is no joke!! I forgot how pigmented it was and the other day I threw some on, and had to reallllly buff it out. I looked semi-crazy. 😂
