HP x360 Laptop Battery Replacement

hello, good video, i have a chromebook hp x360 2 on one and im having an issue, the only way i can charge the laptop is removing the battery and then reconect it again. and just one time if i remove the cable of the usb-c and conect it again, it doesnt charge the laptop.
