I like to believe that "The Night Patty" takes place before "The Graveyard Shift" since in the former, SpongeBob was surprised to see Nosferatu and Mr. Krabs doesn't remember having a night shift. The fun he had is probably why he was very excited to have a night shift in "The Graveyard Shift". That could also explain why the way they said "Nosferatu" in that episode is very casual. Most likely because SpongeBob must've told the others about him.
