  • As political unrest in Venezuela continues, and the uncertainty of who will become the next United States president remains, some experts say Trinidad and Tobago's gas deal with Venezuela could be in jeopardy.
Former energy minister Kevin Ramnarine appeared on CNC3’s The Morning Brew today and shared his thoughts on how the evolving political situations in Venezuela and the USA could affect T&T.
He also looked at the implications of the newly launched criminal probe into the diving tragedy at Paria Fuel Training Company.

I am struggling to understand this energy guy Ramnarine. His diction and language skills are sub par. And he is a supposed expert.? I shudder to think what the median performers are alike?. Trinidad needs talent in its affairs, and definitely I am not impressed with the way he speaks or puts issues and ideas forward, they don’t assure me that he is anywhere near the best talent that they can find as a subject matter expert to pronounce on any of these issues. I also don’t think much of Enil or Young either, which means the country is in serious trouble.
