  • Hey everyone, welcome back to ChashuVlogs! Today, we’re tackling a topic that many of you have been curious about: commuting between Mississauga and Toronto.
As we drive from Mississauga to Toronto, you’ll see firsthand what the commute is like. One of the biggest questions people have when considering a move to the Greater Toronto Area is whether it’s practical to live in Mississauga and work in Toronto. The distance might seem daunting, but today, we'll show you it’s more manageable than you might think.
In my previous video on where to live, I recommended Mississauga as a great place to consider your home. It's a vibrant city with a lot to offer, and for many, it's a perfect balance between suburban comfort and urban accessibility.
So, let’s hit the road and see how long it takes, what the traffic is like, and what you can expect if you decide to make this commute daily. Along the way, I'll point out key landmarks and share some tips for making your commute as smooth as possible.
Remember, the commute time can vary depending on the time of day and traffic conditions, but generally, it’s a straightforward drive. For those considering public transport, there are also convenient options like the GO Train that can make the journey even easier.

I will be moving to Ontario on a WP my office is in Toronto and I am planning to stay in Mississauga. Your videos are helping me a lot to plan properly. Thank you for that.
I have a question though - is staying in Mississauga better or Burlington in terms of renting? Do we also find apartments/condo properties in Burlington and can it be considered for any other reason? What are your views on that? And lastly school for grade 2 kid. Thanks Mate!

Hi... Thank you so much for your kind words and for following my videos. I'm glad they're helping you plan your move.
Regarding Burlington, it is pretty far from Toronto, taking at least one hour driving each side, even without traffic. Everything else is great with Burlington, including schools and condos, which you will find conveniently.
Mississauga, being closer to Toronto, might be a better option for commuting. Both cities have their perks, but if you ask me, rent-wise, there's not much difference.
Hope this helps! Feel free to ask more questions.
